KNoCS: Staff Information
The Knights of CyberSpace' staff comes from various and sundry backgrounds, but we are always friendly and helpful. Here are some details.

Dragon: The General Manager of Knights of CyberSpace, Dragon spent many years working for the Corporate Machine. His I.T. experience was vast ranging from working with Banks, Appraisal Software, Survey Software and the Plastics Industry. In his spare time he worked for GameSpy, and ran a fan site for a game called Majesty. In fact, Dragon is specifically mentioned in the credits of the expansion for that game. You'll sometimes see him playing as Reverend Howitzer, his fighting alter ego.

Dr.Funfrock: Our Weekend Manager, Dr.FunFrock, has a jones for gaming. Wether it's table top, console or PC, you can expect to get your butt handed to you. If you want a real challenge, take him on in a strategy game like Company of Heroes. Just prepare yourself for a beating.

Angel: Also known as HanzoAngel, our resident military man spent a number of years in the National Guard. His military training is evident in all games with a hint of warfare, and he defintely prefers knifing opponents in game for that up close and personal smack down.

KNoCS: Making the World a Better Place
WOW, you read this far? Well, if you're still interested, allow us to explain how Knights of CyberSpace is saving the world.

(Please start humming the Star Spangled Banner while you read this).

Objective 1: Saving the Future:

The internet is a wonderful thing. It has brought people and information from around the globe together. However there is one big draw back. It is turning our youth into anonymous online pricks. Social graces and courtesy that would normally be learned through face to face interaction are not so prevelent on the internet. Kids slink down into their parents' basements and turn into internet trolls. They are a face unseen. They do not need to be polite or use good grammar or basically develop the proper skills necessary to face the real world.

That is where Knights of CyberSpace comes in. Here the people they are playing on the computer with are sitting right next to them. They have to be polite. They have to socialize. They have to learn how to deal with people face to face, and they have a darned good time doing it.

Objective 2: Fortifying the Present:

As time wears on, and your education is now years behind you, you start to notice a small change. Your wit is not as quick as it used to be. Your reflexes have slowed. When you speak, the words don't come fast enough. You start to see the world spinning past you and your mind can't keep up.

That is where Knights of CyberSpace comes in. We have what you need to fine tune your brain. We're not talking about a new drug or some fancy diet plan. What we are talking about is some good old exercise for your brain... GAMING. Studies have shown that gaming increases hand-eye coordination; and while gaming, you quickly learn to track and monitor multiple things at once. You'll coordinate your efforts with teammates and formulate stategies. Before you know it your brain is working at light speed again, and you never noticed because you were having so much fun!

In Conclusion:

Knights of CyberSpace is not about making money, it's about making the world a better place. We want to give something back. We love our community and our country; and we think that people don't spend enough time getting to know each other. You come here, you hang out and you have a good time; all at the same time stimulating your brain and heightening your reflexes. As the Knights of CyberSpace motto says, "Play the games, drink the swill, taunt your buddies, frag through the night and live well."
